The 4 stars is for overall value, $5 pizza. If you are new to this restaurant, it's primarily a take out pizza place. Sure you can get better pizza at other places but you won't beat the price. The pizza is usually hot an ready or at least warm and ready. At peak times you'll probably have to wait. The pizza itself is a medium thick crust, the sauce is a pretty good and the cheese is a bit bland for my taste. They have a bread stick side called crazy bread that's pretty good but usually a little undercooked. Also available is an Italian cheese bread, that has much more flavor, all be it, a little too much flavor. Not that I don't like it, I do, I just can't eat a lot of it before the flavor/oil starts to be too much. Hope this helps, for anyone new to this restaurant.

I think this was the Little Caesars I was at, but looking at the pictures, now I'm not sure. The person working there did not speak very good english at all so it was nearly impossible to order. She did earn brownie points for making our $5 lunch pizzas fresh instead of just giving us what was in the warmer....and the pizza was actually pretty delicious. Totally hit the spot.

I did not like the fact that the music was blaring so loud on the speaker system that I had to strain my voice trying to convey the order to the sales clerk.
